No-Show Policy
At Defined Way Coaching, we are committed to providing the best coaching experience for all our clients. To ensure that all clients receive the attention and time they deserve, we have implemented the following no-show policy:
- If you miss a scheduled coaching session without prior notice, the session will be considered a "no-show."
- No-shows will require rescheduling, and full payment for the session will be due before a new appointment is booked.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least [24 hours] in advance to avoid being charged for rescheduling the session.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy to maintain the quality and integrity of our services.
